Location: Arlington, TX

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts, overtime as needed)

Pregis is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Arlington, TX. This role is essential to ensuring our production equipment operates efficiently and safely. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

• Perform planned and unplanned maintenance on production, packaging, and utility systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and AC/DC drive systems to keep operations running.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform repairs as needed.
• Read and interpret technical procedures, schematics, and service manuals.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and document work orders accurately in CMMS.
• Maintain communication with departments and report issues promptly.
• Assist with inventory management for parts and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and Pregis safety protocols (LOTO, Arc Flash, etc.).
• Keep work areas clean and organized according to sanitation schedules.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required;
  Associate's or Technical School Degree in Mechanics, Electrical, or Computer Science preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read schematics and perform preventative maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety standards and manufacturing protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in warm, humid conditions.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
