Eagle Machine Services, Inc. is one of the nation's leading distributors of CNC-controlled machining centers. We are looking for highly qualified and motivated candidates with a minimum of 2+ years of CNC experience. The candidate must have experience and/or education in CNC controls, motion control, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems, and be familiar with vertical and turning machining centers and Fanuc control.
A good mechanical aptitude is required. Candidates should be able to disassemble and reassemble equipment for repair, inspect, test, and analyze test results, error codes, and gather information from operators to troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery. Strong customer relations, problem solving, and self‑motivation skills are necessary.

Education and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or GED with two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination. Associate’s degree in a technical field is preferred but not required.

The Field Service Technician job requires lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying heavy toolboxes and parts, stretching, walking, and climbing, so it is important to have good eye‑hand coordination and to be in good physical condition.
Responsibilities- Perform installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance on machine tools sold to customers such as CNC lathes, horizontal, and vertical mills; install and troubleshoot related electronics and major control systems.
- Serve as liaison with Sales and home office to support and resolve customer issues.
- Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience in industrial machine tools installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Knowledge of related electronics and major control systems troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Minimum HS education, GED, or Machine Tool Experience.
- Good interpersonal communications skills for interfacing with customers and addressing their operational and maintenance questions.
