SummarySets up and operates Fanuk Controls, Kuma, and Haas Control CNC Lathe and Mill machines to fabricate steel parts for the fastener industry:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
- Adhere to material traceability procedures
- Select and install proper tooling and/or fixtures and program
- Provide first article to QC Supervisor/Lead for approval signature
- Periodically inspect parts for conformity to specifications
- Provide accurate account of pieces produced
- Police and clean work area 15 minutes prior to end of shift
- Frequently pushes, pulls and lifts up to 50 pounds
- Reads and interprets work orders and daily production schedules
- Uses measuring tape
