Job Description

Regal Staffing Services is now hiring Process Technicians in Arlington, TX (76011)!

We are excited to announce several new opportunities for skilled Process Technicians to join a leading manufacturing company in the Arlington area.

The Process Technician will be responsible for supporting the setup, monitoring, and optimization of production processes. This role ensures equipment runs efficiently, processes remain within specifications, and products meet quality standards.

Pay Rate: Starting at $20/hour (based on experience)

Available

Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment and processes.
  • Adjust process parameters to maintain consistent quality and throughput.
  • Troubleshoot issues with machinery, equipment, or process conditions.
  • Collect and record production, quality, and equipment performance data.
  • Perform routine maintenance and assist with equipment changeovers.
  • Collaborate with engineers and quality teams on improvements and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
  • Support development and updates of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in Process Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Technology, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in process, production, or manufacturing technician roles.
  • Strong knowledge of process control systems, instrumentation, and production equipment.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols, quality standards, and GMP (if applicable).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred

Skills:

  • Experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, or automated process controls.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
