Pipe & Structural Welders

Seeking experienced Structural & Pipe Welders for a growing steel manufacturing facility in the Arlington

• Structural Welders
  : $21–$22/hr

• Pipe Welders
  : $24–$25/hr
  Schedule
  :
  Monday–Friday, 50–60 hrs/week (OT required)
  Occasional Saturdays (3–4 times/year)

We are seeking highly skilled Pipe and Structural Welders proficient in MIG, TIG, Fluxcore, or Stick welding
. Candidates must be able to pass a 6G pipe test and Destructive/Non-Destructive testing
.

• Weld pipe and structural steel (1" to 48") to ASME
  , API
  , and 100% X-Ray code standards

• Perform welds in various positions on code materials

• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
  , including layout and fit-up

• Cut and prep materials using flame/plasma torches
  , saws, grinders, and measuring tools

• Operate shop equipment:

  • Iron worker
  • Overhead crane
  • Rigging gear
  • Pipe threading machine
  • Tube bending machine
  • Pneumatic hand tools

• Assemble and fabricate components with minimal supervision

• Promote a safety-first
  , productive work environment

• Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to improve processes

• Must pass 6G Pipe Welding Test

• Minimum 2–3 years of welding experience or completion of welding school

• High school diploma or GED

• Certified to weld on pipe or plate

• Own welding hood and steel toe boots required (not provided)

• Comfortable working in hot environments (fans only – no A/C)

• Must be willing to work mandatory overtime (50–60 hours/week)

• Frequently bend, squat, climb, stoop, twist, and reach

• Lift up to 25 lbs frequently
