* Job Summary:

* In this role, you will be responsible for the precision assembly of wire harnesses and performing high-quality soldering. Because this position involves military and defense builds, a high level of attention to detail and adherence to strict quality standards are required.

* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Perform intricate soldering on wire harnesses and electronic components.

+ Assemble wire harnesses according to technical specifications and blueprints.

+ Maintain a high standard of quality control for defense-grade builds.

+ Ensure all work meets rigorous military and aerospace standards.

* Qualifications:

*
* + Proven experience in  
** soldering
* * and  
** wire harness assembly** .

+ Previous experience with military or defense manufacturing is highly preferred.

+ Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with small, complex components.

** Shift & Compensation:*

** Shift:
** 1st Shift (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

* Schedule:

** Monday through Friday.

** Pay Rate:**  $18.00 per hour.
