Description
You will be the Manufacturing Planner Senior (Level
3) for the PP&C team supporting UTIAMD. Our team is responsible for managing the production schedule and analyzing material shortages for various programs.
As the Manufacturing Planner Senior (Level
3) you will be responsible for driving production planning, identifying material gaps, and ensuring schedule integrity across multiple programs.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with program milestones.
- Analyze material shortages and coordinate with supply chain to mitigate risks.
- Generate regular status reports and forecast updates for leadership.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to resolve schedule impacts.
- Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy.

LocationThis position is in Dallas, Texas.
Security ClearanceMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position requires a Secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Experience with SAP
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and multitasking skills
- Must be able to work outside of the normal operating hours, as required
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple levels of Management, industry peers, a represented workforce and internal and external customers
- Demonstrated ability to extract data, create and present critical schedule and material information
- Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
- Experience with managing production schedules across multiple manufacturing and assembly locations
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS)
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
