Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler Test Tech to join our dynamic team in Arlington, TX, 76001. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous testing and assembly processes. - Assemble and test electronic components and systems according to specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting of assembled products to identify and resolve issues.
- Document test results and maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly techniques and product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Assist in the training of new team members on assembly and testing procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in electronics or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in assembly and testing of electronic components or similar products.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and testing equipment.
