Regal Rexnord Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Lead the mechanical assembly of switch gear enclosures, frames, and bus structures according to drawings, work instructions, and BOM;
Assign daily tasks, balance workload, across team members, and adjust priorities based on production schedule and supervisor direction;
Lead the daily tier meetings, Gemba walks, and VDM with associates;
Ensure work instructions, standards, and specifications related to tasks being completed are followed;
Promote Lean manufacturing processes as per RBS standards
