Industrial Maintenance Technician (Mechanical/Electrical)
Location: Waller, TX
Company: Global Leader in Pipeline Flow Products
Pay: $24 – $28/hr (DOE) +

We are seeking high-caliber Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a high-volume manufacturing facility. This is a critical role responsible for the uptime and reliability of specialized oilfield product machinery.
Core Responsibilities- Preventative & Corrective Maintenance: Execute daily PMs and emergency repairs on large-scale industrial equipment, including pumps, valves and hydraulic systems.
- Welding & Fabrication: Utilize certified welding skills for structural repairs, machinery modifications and the fabrication of safety guards or industrial racking.
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical assemblies and electrical systems (including PLC controllers).
- Operational Continuity: Ensure all pipeline flow production lines remain operational through proactive diagnosis and rapid response.
- Industrial
Experience:
Proven track record in a heavy manufacturing or oilfield environment. - Electrical/Mechanical Knowledge: Proficiency in 3-phase motors, circuitry or complex fluid power systems.
- Tooling: Possession of a personal industrial toolkit is highly .
- Communication: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus for team collaboration.
- Hours: Monday – Sunday, 5 PM – 5 AM, lots of OT.
- Availability: Must be available for “on-call” night and weekend rotations.
- PPE: Steel‑toe boots are mandatory.
