What You’ll Do:- Follow production instructions: Work from process sheets, blueprints, or other written/verbal instructions.
- Follow the blueprints: Interpret and produce appropriate tools and components.
- Operate machinery: Set up and operate maneuver large, awkward, or heavy parts manually or with a crane.
- Inspect operations: Monitor the production process to ensure machines function correctly and products meet quality standards. Perform inspections and measurements of finished products to verify compliance with specifications.
- Adhere to cleanliness and safety protocols: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including wearing PPE and keeping work area clean and organized.
- Perform other duties: Assist in other areas or departments as needed.
- Math skills: Average math proficiency, ability to read and comprehend instructions in English, and maintain simple logs and reports in English.
- Physical capability: Ability to lift, push, pull, and position heavy components.
- Policy/procedure compliance: Willingness to work scheduled hours and comply with timekeeping and company policies.
- Stamina: Ability to stand for an entire shift in a non-climate-controlled shop environment.
- Certification: Knowledge of saws and material; general mechanical knowledge is a plus.
- Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and teammates to optimize production processes and implement improvements.
- Accuracy: Attention to detail for maintaining quality standards.
- Reliability: Demonstrates dependable and consistent performance.
- Adaptable precision: Detail‑oriented with flexibility to respond to shifting demands.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
