Lead department in a shift to ensure safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals are met consistently;
Lead the electrical assembly with the preparation and setup of workstations and materials for daily tasks;
Update and lead the daily tier meetings with associates in accordance with RBS standards;
Ensure work instructions, standards, and specifications related to tasks being completed are followed;
Promote and practice Lean manufacturing processes as per RBS standards
