All-Pro Threaded Products, a manufacturing division of All-Pro Fasteners, Inc., located in Arlington, Texas, produces a wide variety of special fasteners for steel fabrication, pipe, OEM, industrial construction, and utility industries. The shift runs from 2:45 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. and is based at 1907 Peyco Dr, Arlington, TX 76001.

Summary

Sets up and operates Fanuk Controls, Kuma, and Haas Control CNC lathe and mill machines to fabricate steel parts for the fastener industry.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery
  • Adhere to material traceability procedures
  • Select and install proper tooling and/or fixtures and program
  • Provide first article to QC Supervisor/Lead for approval signature
  • Periodically inspect parts for conformity to specifications
  • Provide accurate account of pieces produced
  • Police and clean work area 15 minutes prior to end of shift
  • Frequently push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Read and interpret work orders and daily production schedules
What You Need
  • Measurement proficiency: knowledge of calipers, gauges, and other required measuring tools
  • Math skills: strong proficiency in basic math
  • Documentation skills: ability to accurately document machining procedures
  • Tooling knowledge: familiarity with metals, part-holding fixtures, and lathe/mill tooling
  • Communication: basic oral communication skills and ability to read, comprehend, and complete logs and reports in English
  • Physical stamina: ability to handle heavy items, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning components
  • Policy compliance: availability to work scheduled hours and adhere to all company policies, including timekeeping
  • Adaptability: ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment and stand for an entire shift
  • Technical knowledge: strong understanding of machining practices, materials, and general mechanical principles
  • Willingness to learn: eagerness to be trained and a desire to learn new skills
  • Teamwork: ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Reliability: dependable with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
