Production Supervisor

Position: Production Supervisor 4
Our client, a  
** leading automotive manufacturing company** , is seeking a  
** Production Supervisor
** to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the  
** Production Department
** supporting the  
** Plant Operations Team** . The ideal candidate will have  
** strong communication skills** ,  
** leadership experience** , and  
** problem-solving abilities
** which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Supervise and coordinate daily production activities for a team of up to 50 employees

+ Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues

+ Ensure product quality and implement process improvements

+ Manage staffing, training, and employee performance

+ Maintain production reports and workforce planning

** What's Needed? (Must-Have Requirements)*
* + 2-3 years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing (REQUIRED)

+ Experience managing/leading production teams (not individual contributor roles)

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (basic-intermediate)

+ Experience working in a plant/manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)

+ High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree preferred)

Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

** Sundays:
** Occasionally required (about once every 2 months)

** Overtime:**  ~9 hours/week
