Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee night‑shift maintenance operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring machinery reliability, troubleshooting complex systems, and leading maintenance activities in compliance with food & beverage GMP standards. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, combined with leadership skills to guide a team toward operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preventative Maintenance — Plan and perform scheduled maintenance on manufacturing machinery.
  • Troubleshooting — Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • PLC & Equipment Repair — Maintain and troubleshoot PLCs, test equipment, and control systems.
  • Production Setup — Prepare, set up, and optimize equipment for scheduled production runs.
  • Emergency Repairs — Provide unscheduled repairs during production to minimize downtime.
  • Blueprint & Manual Interpretation — Read and interpret schematics, manuals, and work orders to perform required service.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP standards, SOPs, and safety policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.
  • Lead and mentor night‑shift maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or Lead in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with AC/DC motors, control systems, schematic reading, PLC troubleshooting, and equipment optimization.
  • Ability to comply with food and beverage GMP standards.
  • Skilled in conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team on night shift.
