# Production Piece Worker

The Production Piece Worker is responsible for assembling products and completing production tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. This position begins with a paid training period to ensure employees are properly trained on our processes, equipment, and quality expectations. Upon successful completion of training, employees transition to a piece-rate pay structure
, where compensation is based on the quantity and quality of completed work. This pay structure rewards productivity and provides employees with the opportunity to increase their earnings through efficiency and performance.

  • Assemble products and components according to company specifications.
  • Operate machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company standards.
  • Maintain a consistent pace while producing high quality work.
  • Accurately track and report completed production pieces.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any malfunctions or repair needs to a supervisor.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Operate a forklift to move materials as needed (training may be provided).

## Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Experience working on an assembly line is a plus.
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
  • Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
