Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable Mill Operator w/ Sit-down Forklift to join our rubber manufacturing team. This position is responsible for mixing rubber compounds to meet production orders, operating mill equipment safely and efficiently, and transporting materials throughout the facility using a sit-down forklift. The ideal candidate is physically fit, safety-conscious, able to follow written and verbal instructions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Mix rubber compounds according to production orders and specifications.
- Operate mill equipment to process and prepare rubber materials for production.
