- Production Associate $15/hr.6:00am-4:30pmMonday-Thursday Job Responsibilities
- Trim rubber parts using an X-Acto knife with precision
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Sort, count, and package completed parts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to use small hand tools safely and accurately
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
