Involves light manufacturing, screen printing, digital printing, assembly, packaging. These jobs are hands-on, physical work, but light duty. Production worker jobs are good for people who want to move around during the day and work with their hands. There is great opportunity to learn trade skills and advance from a production worker position.
Anticipated work hours are: 6:00 a.m.
-3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. This position reports to the Production Management team. The position requires a person who is a self-starter and can manager his or her own time and tasks.
REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED PRIOR TO THE INTERVIEW.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS
- High School graduate preferred
- Good business sense and ability to work well with others
- An attitude of encouragement and team building
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and detail
- Discretion and good judgment
- Ability to work both as part of a team and individually
- Ability to prioritize and manage one's own workload
- Ability to be on your feet and do physical work (This is not a heavy lifting job, but on occasion it has to be done.)
- Working closely with team members and assisting all departments as needed (Since we are a small company, all of our employees are asked to help with other work around the company on occasion.)
COMPENSATION
$13-$15 per hour depending on experience
