Painter

NCW is hiring a Painter for 1st shift to support a professional industrial environment. In this role, you will prepare surfaces, mix and match coatings, and apply paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to meet quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include masking, priming, touch-up work, and basic equipment maintenance while reading work orders and following specifications. You'll inspect finished work for accuracy, maintain a clean work area, and collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean surfaces for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
• Mix, match, and apply paints or coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Read and follow work orders, drawings, and specifications to meet quality standards
• Inspect painted parts and surfaces for coverage, finish quality, and accuracy
• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of painting tools and spray equipment
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and material handling guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly store materials
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines
