Position: Machine Operator 1-Injection Mold

Ready to get hands-on in a fast-paced production environment? We're looking for reliable Machine Operators with manufacturing experience to join a growing team!

Available Shift

Night Shift (Injection Mold)

Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM Mechanical experience (working on cars, tools, equipment) is a BIG plus!

What You'll Do

Prepare machines for production (check safety & operating parameters)
Load parts into machines
Remove finished parts after cycle completion
Inspect products for quality
Repair minor defects
Clean molds and equipment
Ensure materials are ready for production
Follow all safety and production procedures

You'll be a key part of producing high-quality components in a hands-on manufacturing setting.

What We're Looking For

MUST have manufacturing experience
Entry-level role (training provided)
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Ability to convert weights & measurements
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to follow written & verbal instructions
Mechanically inclined candidates encouraged to apply

Physical Requirements

Lift 70+ lbs regularly
Prolonged standing
Frequent bending, pushing, pulling & stooping
Work in hot summers & cold winters (non-climate controlled areas)
