- Follow batch formulas and production instructions
- Operate mixing and production equipment
- Monitor product quality and consistency
- Complete batch and production documentation
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and formulas accurately
- Basic math and documentation skills
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
