About the Role:

The Junior Production Supervisor will support daily manufacturing operations with a focus on
safety, quality, production, employee development, process readiness, and continuous improvement
. This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring close collaboration with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong manufacturing background, previous leadership or team‑lead experience, and the ability to coach employees while supporting production processes and improvement initiatives.

  • Shift:2nd Shift
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:15 PM;
    Saturday, 3:00 PM–12:05 AM

What You Need To Be Successful:

  • Support daily production operations and production launches.
  • Complete station readiness and process validation activities.
  • Support pilot builds and engineering changes.
  • Train Team Leaders and Team Members using TWI principles.
  • Track employee development through the Versatility Matrix.
  • Conduct process verification and station audits.
  • Maintain standardized work and manufacturing documentation.
  • Support PFMEA/RPFMEA activities.
  • Maintain 5S and autonomous maintenance standards.
  • Support line balancing and production flow improvements.
  • Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support ergonomic and safety reviews.
  • Identify and resolve production issues through root‑cause analysis.
  • Partner with Engineering and Quality on process improvements.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
  • Leadership, Team Lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Automotive or high‑volume manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of assembly processes and production flow.
  • Knowledge of PFMEA and quality processes.
  • Experience with standardized work and process documentation.
  • Strong problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced production environment.
  • Ability to coach, train, and motivate production employees.
