Stat Lab is seeking a Production Lead at our Arlington, TX site to coordinate daily production activities and oversee a small team. You will ensure goals are met, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvements across the line.
You will supervise shift start-ups, monitor performance, mentor staff, and manage the daily data reporting to Operations. Experience in injection/blow molding and ERP systems is required, along with strong English communication and math skills.
