At Hadean, we are building the next generation of defence technology. As a key player in the UK’s defence tech ecosystem, our world-leading software is trusted by defence organisations and militaries worldwide.

We specialise in AI-powered digital wargaming and Command & Control systems that help users understand complexity, make better decisions, and operate ning Hadean means working on technology with real-world impact, alongside a team that is driven to push the limits of what’s possible.

The Role:

We’re looking for a commercially minded, B2G software Product Marketer who thrives in ambiguity and in the unique constraints of government and restricted-environment marketing. You’ll own product marketing for our three core AI & simulation-powered products - populAI, dominAI, and optimAI - shaping how the market understands and buys Hadean.

This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role. You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership to define positioning, develop messaging, launch features, and build the intelligence that sharpens our competitive edge. If you’ve come from a large-scale tech organisation and want to apply that craft in a mission-driven, faster-moving environment, this role was built for you.

About You:
  • 8+ years of product marketing experience in B2B or B2G software; prior experience at a high-growth tech company or major tech platform strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record of owning the full PMM lifecycle: research, positioning, messaging, launch, and enablement.

  • Experience marketing to, or alongside, government and defense customers - including an understanding of procurement constraints, information handling requirements, and the sensitivities of this market.

  • Proven ability to distill technically complex products into clear, compelling language for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience supporting multi-geography go-to-market efforts, ideally across US Federal and international allied markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Positioning & Messaging
  • Own and evolve the positioning and messaging framework for our products, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling, differentiated narratives for defense, intelligence, and allied government buyers.

  • Conduct deep audience research (buyers, end-users, procurement stakeholders) to uncover the jobs-to-be-done that drive purchase decisions in restricted environments.

  • Maintain and iterate a messaging house that can flex across sectors, personas, and geographies.

  • Inclusion of marketecture diagrams to the messaging house to ensure our deep technical roots have a chance to shine.

Go-to-Market Execution
  • Build and execute go-to-market plans for new product features and major releases - defining launch objectives, coordinating cross-functional work streams, and measuring post-launch performance.

  • Partner with Product to influence the roadmap by surfacing market signals, competitive pressure, and buyer feedback.

  • Identify and activate the right channels and events for government audiences, including industry conferences, briefings, and partner ecosystems.

Sales Enablement
  • Develop and maintain a best-in-class sales enablement library: pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, RFI/RFP response language, capability briefs, and demo talk tracks.

  • Train the Sales team on updated positioning, objection handling, and competitive differentiators - and hold the line on message consistency.

  • Collaborate with our product managers & specialists to convert deep platform functionality into accessible, persuasive proof points.

Competitive & Market Intelligence
  • Own the competitive intelligence programme: monitor the landscape, synthesise findings, and translate them into actionable positioning adjustments.

  • Track procurement trends, budget cycles, and emerging requirements that create market opportunities.

  • Produce market intelligence reports for executive leadership.

Skills, Knowledge, and
