Jacob Way is a nonprofit organization that helps families across the United States weather the storm of Childhood Cancer. Our vision is for families to create memories while we support a healthy home atmosphere during cancer treatment. , for the historic national launch of the Bold For Gold Tour in Arlington, Texas. This high-energy 3K walk and community celebration will shine a light on childhood cancer and provide critical support to families in need. We are looking for passionate, energetic volunteers to help us make this inaugural event a massive success. As a volunteer, you will be the heart and soul of the event, creating a welcoming and fun atmosphere for hundreds of participants.

We have a variety of roles available to match your interests and skills. No experience is necessary—just a positive attitude and a willingness to help. Roles include:

• Event Greeters & Guides
• Registration & Check-In Crew
• Route Marshals & Cheer Squad
• Water Station Crew
• "Stuff the Sleigh" Donation Team
• Finish Line Celebration Team
• Setup & Teardown Ninjas

Please note Final volunteer positions may be updated according to event needs.

• A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
• A passion for helping others and supporting our community.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• All volunteers must attend a mandatory virtual training session before the event.

All volunteers will receive:

• An official Bold for Gold Tour Volunteer T-Shirt.
• Lunch and snacks to keep you energized.
• A fun, rewarding experience being part of a historic community event.
