This is not a typical grant writing job. We have a strong, established infrastructure. Now we're ready to scale...deeper, broader, and more strategically. We're looking for someone who can take our private grants program to the next level.

• Identify and pursue new foundation funding opportunities
• Write compelling, high-performing proposals
• Own the full grants lifecycle: research, writing, submission, reporting, renewal
• Build and steward strong relationships with foundations
• Manage deadlines, data, and details with precision
• Partner with staff outside of the philanthropy team in order to align funding with impact

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of successful grant writing/fundraising experience
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
