Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 annually

Overview

A physician-led outpatient neurology practice in Arlington, Texas is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a structured, clinic-based setting focused on continuity of care and long-term management of chronic neurological conditions.

This role is ideal for a provider who enjoys consistent patient follow-up, collaborative practice, and managing complex neurological diagnoses in an outpatient environment.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and manage new and established neurology patients
  • Provide follow-up care for seizure disorders, migraines, movement disorders, neuropathies, dementia, and post-stroke patients
  • Review imaging, EEG results, and other diagnostic studies
  • Prescribe and adjust medications according to established treatment protocols
  • Coordinate referrals to therapy services and specialty providers
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention strategies
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Required
  • Active Texas APRN license
  • Board Certification (AGACNP or FNP)
  • Strong outpatient assessment and clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
