Registered Nurse – RN Vascular Access
Location:
Texas Health Arlington Memorial, 800 West Randol Mill Road, Arlington, Texas 76012.
Work hours:
PRN;
Days, 7:00 am - 7:30 pm, 3 shifts/6 week schedule.
- Nursing Diploma Nursing required OR
- Associate's Degree Nursing required OR
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
- 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
- Experience in PICC placement as well as ultrasound guided peripheral IV placement (USGPIV) highly preferred
- RN – Registered Nurse upon hire required
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required
- VA-BC – Vascular Access Board Certification upon hire preferred
- Basic Human Needs – Responds to others' priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological and social needs.
