Provide full-scope midwifery care in a hospital setting, supporting women through labor, delivery, and postpartum periods Manage intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage patients Support patients in labor and perform postpartum care Perform well-woman gynecologic exams across different life stages Act as First Assist during deliveries and procedures Document patient care using Epic EMR Collaborate with OB/GYN team and support Level III NICU needs as required Ensure patient safety and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care What You Need:
Active Texas Medical License and Texas DEA Minimum 2 years of recent full-scope midwifery experience At least 2 years of recent First Assist experience (within the past 2 years) Excellent clinical skills and ability to work in a dynamic hospital environment Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment:
Join a busy hospital in Arlington, Texas, supporting a full-scope midwifery practice with inpatient call coverage. The facility handles approximately 1,300 1,500 births annually, with immediate access to a Level III NICU.
