Administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards; may supervise CNAs as directed;
Provide patients' personal hygiene care (bedpans, urinals, baths, backrubs, shampoos, shaves) and assist with bathroom needs;
Assist with activities of daily living (serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning, positioning, providing nourishment);
Maintain patient stability by checking vital signs and weight, testing urine, recording intake and output
