Registered Nurse Float Pool (PRN)

The Float Pool RN delivers professional nursing care to all patients in a critical care setting; performs assessment of patients, follows standard of care utilizing nursing process for care delivery; maintains accountability for professional decisions & actions; assumes charge position as needed.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Registered Nurse (RN)
• Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years acute care RN experience; 1+ year critical care experience preferred
