Position: RN II – Med/Surgeon Station 32 – Night Shift (Part‑time, 24‑hour, 7 p‑m to 7 a‑m, two shifts per week).

- Nursing Diploma (Nursing) required
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- 1 year as a registered nurse or completion of an RN residency program required
- 1+ years of RN experience in a hospital/acute‑care setting preferred
- RN – Registered Nurse upon hire
- BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to independent patient care, maintained quarterly
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support, 90 days required
- CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training, maintained annually (90 days required)
- Respond to patients’ basic human needs (safety, physical, psychological, and social)
- Honor the worth of humans through unconditional acceptance
- Support patients and families in understanding health and illness, facilitating shared decision‑making
- Listen attentively, be reliable, available, and supportive
- Create a healing environment offering privacy, safety, and confidentiality
- Engage family/caregivers in health‑care situations

- Collaborate with the interprofessional team
