• Provide high‑quality patient care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure and oxygen levels.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Current and good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Missouri.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient‑focused approach to care.

$25 - $29 hourly.
