Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for the Pre‑Admission Testing team. The role involves implementing the Pre‑Op holding record, performing pre‑op testing, and ensuring continuity and quality of nursing care for surgical patients.
Ideal candidates have a Texas nursing license, current CPR, and hospital experience;
Critical Care and Pre Op PACU experience are strongly preferred.
