Supervisor House Admin — Medical City Arlington

Shift: Nights (Rotating weekend)

• Ensures facility operations are timely and effective.
• Works with department management to address unexpected staffing issues following established guidelines.
• Facilitates facility transfers in and out of the facility.
• Assigns patient beds in accordance with acuity and service line standards.
• Provides exemplary customer service and resolves customer concerns.
• Responds to staff needs regarding medical records, materials, and dietary supplies.
• Ensures hospital policies and procedures are followed.
• Initiates disaster protocols as necessary.
• Initiates and/or responds to hospital codes as appropriate.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Recent ICU or ER experience preferred.
