RN Supervisor NICU

Medical City Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. In this leadership role, you will oversee daily NICU operations, guiding a dedicated team of nurses in delivering evidence-based, family-centered care to critically ill newborns. You'll coordinate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams, manage staffing and workflow, and drive quality and safety initiatives. This on-site position requires strong NICU clinical expertise, sound judgment under pressure, and a passion for mentoring staff in a fast-paced acute care environment.
