Set up and administer resident medications as ordered by physicians and per professional standards of medication administration;
Supervise CNAs as directed;
Provide patients' personal hygiene including bedpan/urinal assistance, baths, backrubs, shampoos, shaving; assist with bathroom mobility;
Assist with activities of daily living including serving meals, feeding, ambulating, turning and positioning, and providing water between meals;
Monitor patient stability by checking vital signs and weight, testing urine, and recording intake and output
