American Traveler is hiring an experienced ER RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring a TX or compact RN license and TNCC certification.

• Work in a 54-bed Emergency Department with a staff of approximately 125
• Night shift staffing includes 2 charge nurses, 8 RNs, and 5 paramedics
• Patient ratio of 4:1
• Uses Meditech EMR
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment
• Rotating weekend requirement

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1.5 years of recent ER experience required; 2+ years preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Meditech EHR experience preferred
• Strong prioritization and time management skills required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

• Deliver patient-centered emergency care as part of a collaborative, team-oriented unit
• Royal blue scrubs required as part of the dress code
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates will not be considered
• First-time travelers may be considered for this position
