Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Travel RN for the Emergency Department to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have significant ER experience and the ability to prioritize effectively during high-volume shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care tailored to individual needs.
• Assess patient conditions promptly to determine appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care using Meditech EMR system.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety protocols, and shift requirements.
• Assist with procedures and respond swiftly to emergent situations.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with at least 1.5 years of ER experience.
• Demonstrate excellent prioritization and time management skills.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Have experience working in a high-acuity emergency setting.
• Prefer candidates with 2+ years of ER experience and Meditech EHR familiarity.
• Be able to work rotating weekends and on-call shifts.
