Job Summary:

Seeking a Travel Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to provide high-quality patient care during 12-hour night shifts. The role involves delivering urgent and specialized medical services in a fast-paced ER environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, prioritize, and manage emergency patient needs efficiently.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation using Meditech EHR system.
• Adhere to unit policies, safety guidelines, and dress code standards.
• Respond to patient crises and facilitate effective communication with staff and families.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 1.5 years of ER experience.
• Demonstrate strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Have experience working with Meditech EHR preferred.
• Be able to work rotating weekends and on-call shifts.
• Exhibit excellent team player capabilities and patient-centered focus.
