Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical

Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Travel RN for Medical Surgical units to provide premium patient care during 13-week assignments. This role involves collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver effective nursing services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses according to care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment adhering to hospital protocols.
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Possess at least 1 year of recent Med Surg experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities.
• Be willing to work evening shift hours (7 PM – 7 AM).
