We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to animals in a veterinary setting, assisting veterinarians with diagnostics and treatment while ensuring the well-being of every patient.
Key Responsibilities- Assist veterinarians during examinations and surgical procedures.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyze results.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as directed.
- Monitor patient health and behavior before, during, and after procedures.
- Prepare patients for surgery, assist with monitoring and support post-operative recovery.
- Perform and assist with X-ray imaging, ensuring proper equipment handling.
- Educate pet owners on wellness exams, vaccination schedules and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Ensure a clean, safe and organized environment for patients and staff.
