An AAHA accredited small animal hospital in Arlington, TX is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its 4-doctor team!

The hospital holds AAHA accreditation, reflecting consistently high standards across surgery, diagnostic imaging, anesthesiology, and emergency services.
The caseload spans wellness and preventive care, advanced diagnostics and testing, and both routine and advanced surgical procedures. The team also benefits from real time consultation access with a network of board-certified specialists, meaning many complex cases can be supported in house through specialist input rather than requiring an outside referral. This allows patients to receive coordinated, timely care while giving pet parents peace of mind, and gives doctors immediate access to advanced clinical insight when it's needed most.
You'll be joining a collaborative, four doctor team supported by a dedicated paraprofessional staff who take pride in a positive hospital culture and strong client relationships. The hospital is well equipped to manage the majority of medical and surgical needs on site, with an emphasis on practicing high-quality medicine and building lasting bonds with clients and their pets.
