Description

The Supplier Quality Engineer Associate supports the Supplier Quality Assurance Team, ensuring product quality and compliance on the THAAD program. The role requires flexible hours, travel across the United States, and a proactive mindset to drive continuous improvement and reduce risk to product and customer.

Drive supplier-focused quality initiatives, safeguard product integrity, partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality issues, and continuously improve quality processes.

• Support suppliers in delivering hardware that meets quality standards
• Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards
• Apply quality requirements throughout the production process
• Evaluate product conformance to requirements and document non‑conformances
• Apply troubleshooting skills to prevent recurrence of non‑conformances
• Analyze supplier performance metrics, identify concerning trends, and drive improvement actions

This position is in Dallas.

• Ability to travel ~25% of the time
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• STEM bachelor’s degree or higher
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance

• Troubleshooting skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills

This position requires a government security clearance; the selected candidate must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining a Secret clearance.
