Job Description

SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician for an aerospace/aviation manufacturing company in Arlington, TX. A successful Quality Control Technician should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting precision components in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that products consistently meet strict aerospace quality standards and regulatory guidelines.
SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($25/hour) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shifts include Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Responsibilities of the Quality Control Technician:
  • Monitor production to ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with aerospace standards.
  • Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and finished components to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Perform visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve product or production-related quality issues.
  • Assist with developing corrective actions, solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications of the Quality Control Technician:
  • 1+ years' experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspections, or a similar role.
  • 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing or production environment (aerospace experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with quality systems and controls (AS9100 experience preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
  • Clean background required.
