The Lease Up Manager is responsible for leasing, marketing, and fostering positive resident relations at assigned LIHTC and affordable housing properties. This role combines expertise in affordable housing compliance, sales, marketing, customer service, and daily office administration. This role will ensure adherence to all affordable housing program requirements, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance while meeting the lease-up schedule and owner’s expectations.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.
