Following instruction and direction from the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, this position will be responsible for the washing, cleaning, storing of all pans, utensils, and equipment for performance food service catering operation for the Texas Rangers baseball team on the visiting side. This position requires prep and cleaning responsibilities. Teamwork above all.

• Cleaning of kitchen areas, dining room and other areas as needed
• Receiving and putting away orders. (must be able to lift over 50#)
• Prep fruits, vegetables and other items as assigned by Chefs

• 1+ years in food service and customer service experience preferred
• Serv Safe and/or City of Arlington Food Handlers/Manager Card
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen equipment, safe sanitary practices
• Strong organization skills, desire to learn
• Ability to keep all areas clean, neat and organized at all times
• Confidence in the work you do, professional demeanor, and a service first attitude
• Perform the physical demands – Remain on your feet for several hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds, withstand high temperature conditions, bend, kneel, and stoop
• A working knowledge of baseball a plus
• Spanish fluency is a plus

• Ability to work non-standard schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
• Your schedule will be built around the 2026 home game schedule (March - end of September 2026)
• 10:00am-10:00pm for night games
