As a Shift Leader, you'll set the tone for every shift by: + Leading by example and creating a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and accountability. + Conducting pre-shift checklist, setting targets and communicating expectations. + Coaching and developing crew members to deliver outstanding customer service. + Ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are followed at all times. + Monitor speed of service, accuracy, and customer satisfaction while balancing operational excellence.

+ Delegating responsibilities and positioning the team for success. + Recognizing great performance and providing real-time coaching when needed. + Maintaining a clean, organized, and customer ready restaurant. + Assisting with opening, closing, cash handling, inventory, and daily operational procedures. + Responding to customer concerns professionally and creating positive guest experiences.
