Kaizen Stocker - Part Time

Overview

Locations: Store #14 Little Road --- 4400 Little Road, Suite 105, Arlington, Texas

Salary: $14.82 per hour

Work Hours: PT (28 Hrs. per Week) Days and hours vary; 2 Days Off per Week

• Stock shelves, racks, and displays in accordance with store layout and merchandising standards including proper sizing of textiles on store floor.
• Assist in the maintenance of hangers.
• Ensure aisles, displays, and work areas remain clean, organized, accessible and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
• Provide friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service including helping customers locate merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management; to include store recovery, general cleaning, and other tasks.
• Other duties as requested.
• Open availability of schedule preferred (Store open 7 days a week, 8 AM through 7 PM).

• Skills: Good customer service skills. Flexible team player. Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Physical Requirements: Walking, stooping, standing, reaching 6 feet (or can with ladder), pulling/pushing, able to lift 20 pounds. Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates. Must be able to work standing for prolonged periods.
• Legal Requirements: Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, background check, drug screen and physical examination. Additionally, employees under 18 years of age are not allowed to operate hazardous equipment (compactors, balers, augers, tippers, forklifts of any kind, etc.).
